All sales at Wholesome Organic are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@wholesomeorganic.com.au  To be considered for a refund assessment, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Faulty Products

If you receive a product this is faulty or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of deliver with a clear photographic evidence of the fault must be provided for your claim to be assessed.

Please not that submitting a damaged or fault claim does not guarantee a refund. Each case will be assessed individually, and we reserve the right to determine the outcome at our discretion.
