WHOLESOME ORGANIC- Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days -flat rate or free over $79 AUD.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days- calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post conditions.

We currently ship with Australia only.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through Australian Post website.

Delays WHOLESOME ORGANIC is not responsible for delays caused by weather events or carrier disruption. If your order has not arrived with the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@wholesomeorganic.com.au

Damage or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos(if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
