How to use:

Spray 2-10 sprays directly onto clean skin and gently massage into the desired area (legs, arms, abdomen, or shoulders).Use daily or as needed. Ideal after a shower, before bed, or post-workout.

For sensitive skin, apply to damp skin or dilute with a small amount of water. A slight tingling sensation may occur and is normal.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.

Patch test prior to use.
